How does the trial lesson work?
The trial class is designed so that the student and the teacher met each other.
The trial class will help the teacher assess your level, objectives, interests and learning style. It will also allow you to evaluate if my method meets your expectations.
There will be different questions and short exercises to complete during the test class. This will help us to determine your level.
How can I book the free trial lesson?

The trial class lasts 25 minutes.
How does online lessons work?
The goal of the class is to make you more confident and feel more secure with the use of Spanish.
I normally use two free video-conference programs: SKYPE and ZOOM, but I prefer the second one because the quality connection is better, has a virtual dashboard and we can record the lessons if you want it. But I can use Google Hangouts or WhatsApp (in the case of conversation).
The duration of the class is 50 minutes (individual and group) and 30 minutes for the conversation course.
The material will be shared during the lesson.
We will work all the skills but devote more attention to any skill with which you may have problems or that you would like to improve.
The classes are interactive, we will share documents, images, videos and audios by using Google Drive or the screen option to share on Skype or Zoom.
After class I will give you homework to reinforce and practice the topics discussed in the class, such as additional exercises, readings, listening or even watching a movie. However, the homework is not mandatory, it is entirely up to you. If you do it you can send it to me by email and I will correct it.
What do I need for classes?
All you need is an Internet connection and a Skype / Google Hangouts / Zoom / WhatsApp account.
In case you are in a noisy place, I recommend that you use a headset.
What materials will I need?
You will be provided with online resources and all the documents you need for the class and other resources such as books, newspapers, websites, etc.
You don’t need to buy a textbook, but I can recommend one if you’re interested.
Can I prepare the DELE exams with you?
Of course, a special program to help you prepare for exams will be designed and adapted to your personal needs.

How can I pay for the lesson?
All lessons are paid in advance.
Go to “pricing”, choose the package you want to buy. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you can also pay by credit or debit card in your own currency. All transactions are subject to the PayPal privacy policy.
I don't have a PayPal account. How can I pay?
Follow the payment process, when you arrive at PayPal, click on the “Buy with credit card” option at the bottom of the page. Then you can pay by credit or debit card.
Can I use other payment methods?
Contact us if you wish to pay by bank transfer or by transfer.
How can I book a lesson?

Do the lesson packages expire?
Yes, the lesson packages will expire after 6 months.
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes, the cancellation and exchange policy is 24 hours in advance by email.
If you cancel a class within 24 hours before the start of the class, you will be charged.
You can reschedule your class more than 24 hours in advance.
What happens if I'm late or don't show up for a class?
The class will be considered void if the student does not appear 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. That specific class is not subsequently reprogrammable.
Do classes, packages and course expire?
Yes, all classes, individual and group individual class packages, as well as the conversation course expire 6 months after the payday.
How do I use Skype, Zoom or Google Hangouts?

Do you provide Spanish language certificates?
No, because I am an experienced private teacher. I offer conversation classes, general Spanish and preparation for exams recognized worldwide, such as DELE.
How long will it take to improve my Spanish?
This varies from one student to another and depends on some key factors such as previous knowledge, daily work, motivation, practice, etc.), especially the amount of time you can devote to self-study and the frequency of your Spanish classes. In general, students who have classes twice a week may level up after 8 or 12 weeks, while other students in similar circumstances may need more time.
