TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment of classes is through PayPal, a secure way to pay by debit or credit card or bank transfer.

• Lessons are paid in advance, but you will never lose your money by changing the day or time of class.
• The cancellation and exchange policy is 24 hours in advance by email. If canceled or changed within 24 hours prior to the start of the class, it will be charged.
• If it does not show, it will be charged.
• Classes times and date will be confirmed before payment is made.
• After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation of your payment by email.
• All transactions are final. There are no refunds for classes.
• The prices shown on the website do not include PayPal fees.
• I reserve the right to change my fees, but will notify you in advance of increases.
• All packages expire 6 months from the day of payment.
• www.spanishclasswithmar.com is not responsible for any additional bank charges, interest charges, financial charges, overdraft fees or other charges.

 

Trial lesson

A 25 – minute lesson is free. You have no obligation to take more lessons after the trial lesson.

In case you need to cancel or reschedule your trial session appointment, we request that you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

Conversation Course

The conversation course includes 5 lessons of 30-minute each from Monday to Friday. When you buy a course, you also agree with the following:

• The conversation course payment is nonrefundable.
• In case you need to cancel or reschedule your conversation class, we request that you notify us 24 hours before the scheduled class.

 

Holidays and sick days – Professor

Holidays will be known in advance. For some reason, the teacher cannot do the lesson, the payment sent can be used to schedule a new class. If you prefer, you will be given a refund.

 

Group classes

• Payment for group classes is made per month.
